ATC Announces Five Leadership Promotions

PEWAUKEE, Wis. - ATC is proud to announce the promotion of five distinguished executives whose dedication and expertise strengthen the company's results and workplace. 

The following team members have been promoted, effective immediately: 

Tom Finco, Executive Vice President, Chief Systems Officer: Responsible for all aspects of ATC's 24/7 system operations - grid, IT, communications, security - and underlying technologies.

  • Finco has more than 35 years of utility industry experience and leadership positions of progressive responsibility. He has been with ATC since it began operations in 2001. He is also a member of the Wisconsin Utilities Association Board of Directors. 

Jared Winters, Executive Vice President, Chief Assets Officer: Responsible for all aspects of ATC's transmission system assets - the safe development, engineering, construction, maintenance, restoration, health, and management of new and modified assets.

  • Winters joined ATC in 2001 as a system protection engineer. He has held leadership positions of progressive responsibility in areas including engineering, construction, and maintenance. Winters is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin. 

Eric Lundberg to Senior Vice President, Asset Delivery: Responsible for adding complementary financial acumen to the existing construction and project expertise and maximizing our overall project portfolio delivery effectiveness.

  • Lundberg joined ATC in 2013 with more than two decades of energy and utility experience. He has been involved in financing and restructurings totaling nearly $4 billion. 

Tom Dagenais to Vice President, System Planning: Responsible for leading ATC's transmission system planning in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment, identifying strategic opportunities to bring value to our customers and stakeholders. 

  • Dagenais joined ATC in 2004 as a transmission planning engineer. Over time, he's taken on positions of greater visibility and responsibility. Dagenais began working in the electric power industry in EMS/system operations before transitioning to planning/engineering.   

Michelle Stokes to Vice President, Systems Operations: Responsible for leading ATC's real-time grid operations in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment, ensuring reliable power deliver and maximizing output performance.

  • Stokes has been with ATC for more than two decades. She has a wide breadth of knowledge including environmental, field operations, vegetation management and transmission line maintenance with expertise in safety and incident response.
