AdC adopted a non-opposition decision in the merger operation Ccent/2026/66 - Urbaser / EGEO
On October 21, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, exercising the powers conferred upon it by subparagraph d) of paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125/2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a decision of non-opposition, pursuant to subparagraph b) of paragraph 1 of Article 50 of the Competition Law, since the notified concentration is not likely to create significant obstacles to effective competition in the national market.
