People with disabilities can enjoy exciting, fun activities during Symphony in the Cities and Prelude in the Park Aug. 8

During this year's Symphony in the Cities and Prelude in the Park, people of all ages with disabilities can enjoy exciting activities through the City's ABLE initiative.

The fun takes place on Saturday, August 8 at Oso Viejo Community Park, 24932 Veterans Way. The Prelude in the Park from 4 to 6:45 pm with the Pacific Symphony concert starting at 7 pm.

The City's ABLE (Activities 4 Better Living Experience) initiative is designed to enhance recreational opportunities for people with physical and developmental disabilities. Attendees can stop by specially marked ABLE community booths for fun activities including a treasure hunt with prizes while supplies last.

For the community's convenience, the City is providing an ABLE Prelude Guide to parents and caregivers for directions to onsite ABLE-branded activities and general event navigation.
