Public Notice

The United States Congress did not pass an appropriations bill or continuing resolution to continue funding the federal government beyond midnight on Friday, January 30, 2026. A lapse in appropriations is now in effect. On January 26, the Judiciary projected that it will be able to sustain paid operations through the use of fee balances and no-year appropriations through February 4, 2026.

During that time, scheduled hearings will be held as usual, filings will be accepted, hours of operation, availability of systems, and other services will continue as normal. In the event circumstances change, the Court will provide notice of any changes to scheduled hearings and service levels.
