Introducing the Tekton Psychiatry Team

Tekton has introduced the Tekton Psychiatry Team, bringing together physician-investigators and operational leaders to provide centralized expertise for mental and behavioral health studies across 17 Tekton sites. From protocol review and rater consistency to participant engagement and staff mentorship, the team strengthens how Tekton sites support mood, anxiety, addiction, and behavioral health research.

The Psychiatry Team connects practicing physicians' clinical experience with practical support throughout study planning and delivery, including:

• Investigator-led protocol review: Input on study design, diagnostic requirements, rater needs, and participant access.
• Site selection and startup: Recommendations based on investigator experience and site capabilities, supported by centralized regulatory, recruitment, and quality teams.
• Study delivery support: Guidance on protocol adherence, rater consistency, and participant retention.
• Training and mentorship: Investigator onboarding, staff development, and shared practices across participating sites.
