Traffic Alert: Full Closure on South Bloodworth Street

The City of Raleigh will close 600 Blockof South Bloodworth Street, Raleigh, NC, between East South Street and East Lenoir Street, for a planned capital improvement projectduring the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, starting from Monday, October 13, 2025, to Friday, November 7, 2025. Surrounding water and sewer services should not be interrupted.

This project is part of ongoing infrastructure upgrades. No service interruptions are expected.
Parking restrictions will be enforced in designated areas.

Detour Information

• Traffic heading north on S Bloodworth Street will make a right turn onto Worth Street, followed by a left onto S East Street, another left onto E Lenoir Street, and finally a right back onto S Bloodworth Street.
• Traffic heading south on S Bloodworth Street will take a left onto E Lenoir Street, then a right onto S East Street, another right onto Worth Street, and finally a left turn onto S Bloodworth Street
