Campus Kickoff wins regional award

Campus Kickoff, a UAA mega-collaboration and spearheaded by the Traditions Committee in Student Engagement, was the winner of the 2025 Staff-Driven Program of the Year Award. Presented at the Region IV Conference in Fort Collins, Colorado, the Association of College Unions International (ACUI) Region IV team presented UAA with its honor. Cody Buechner, Director of Student Union, accepted the award on behalf of UAA. The Traditions Committee would like to share this accomplishment with the hundreds of folks who make this event happen each year and the thousands of attendees who find value in our work.
