Berlin/Frankfurt-Global law firm Dentons has advised numerous national and international financial institutions in their capacity as promissory note holders of Branicks Group AG, in connection with the negotiation, execution, and closing of a lock-up agreement regarding the restructuring of promissory note loans totaling €179.5 million.
The claims of the promissory note holders, together with a €400 million bond issued by Branicks Group AG, will be included in the restructuring under a lock-up agreement coordinated in parallel with the promissory note lenders.
As the promissory note representative, Dentons will continue to advise the group of promissory note holders on the legal implementation of the restructuring based on the aforementioned lock-up agreements and will assist them as the restructuring is implemented.
