Dentons HPRP successfully assists Chu Kong Petroleum and Natural Gas Steel Pipe Holdings Limited on land sale transaction in Suryacipta Industrial Estate

Dentons HPRP is pleased to announce that we successfully assisted Chu Kong Petroleum and Natural Gas Steel Pipe Holdings Limited, through its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Chu Kong Steel Indonesia, in connection with the sale of land located within Suryacipta Industrial Estate, Karawang, West Java.

The purchaser, PT VND Alumindo Mandiri, known for its VND brand-a leading Indonesian manufacturer of high-quality motorcycle modification parts, CNC components, and riding gear-acquired the land to establish its first manufacturing facility.

Dentons HPRP's team, led by Trijoyo Ariwibowo and supported by Associate Natasya Gabriela, advised both the seller and the purchaser throughout the transaction. The team assisted with the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents, coordinated with the relevant parties, and provided legal support through to the successful completion of the transaction.

The team also worked closely with Cushman & Wakefield in facilitating the transaction.
