Effective February 1, 2027
Dear Sanitation Customer,
We are writing to let you know that your garbage and recycling collection location will move from the alley to the curb in front of your home, effective February 1, 2027.
This applies to you because of your block's alley surface width, condition, or access, which make it difficult for our trucks and crews to collect there safely and reliably every week.
You do not need to do anything right now. Before February 1, we will send you additional information about this adjustment.
Important Note: If you have multiple City of Dallas utility accounts (water/sanitation) associated with this email address, click the link below to confirm which service location is moving.
