A cheese and wine class with Chef Riza Brown will be available in the spring 2026 semester.
Explore international wine and cheese selections with Chef Riza Brown as your guide. You'll learn techniques for artful plating, presentation and pairing perfectly matched flavors - all while savoring each delicious combination along the way!
This a one-credit elective open to all majors. Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enroll.
