HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS ACQUIRES ESCAPE FIRE PROTECTION INC., A PROVIDER OF FIRE, LIFE & SAFETY SERVICES

Boca Raton, Florida, August 25, 2026 - Hidden Harbor Capital Partners ("Hidden Harbor"), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in investments in lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce a strategic investment in Escape Fire Protection Inc. ("Escape Fire Protection" or the "Company"). Escape Fire Protection is a new platform in Hidden Harbor's third fund, deepening Hidden Harbor's focus on companies that provide critical, non-discretionary facility services.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, Escape Fire Protection is a regional fire, life & safety services provider focused on designing, installing, inspecting and maintaining fire systems for commercial and industrial customers across Minnesota and the broader Midwest. The senior management team will remain active and invested to lead the Company going forward.
