The countdown to merry is on with new and returning holiday favorites, from the new Tiramisu Velvet lineup to seasonal classics like Peppermint Mocha and Gingerbread Chai.

The holidays are just around the corner at Starbucks. Starting Nov. 5, 2026, Starbucks customers can soon enjoy the holiday beverages that make the season so special, featuring the return of Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai, alongside a festive new Tiramisu Velvet lineup and a bright new Apple Pomegranate Refresher. The holiday menu will also feature new food, and limited-time merchandise collections. Read on for a sneak peek of what's coming soon.

Introducing Tiramisu Velvet

Inspired by the classic Italian dessert, this holiday brings the debut of the Tiramisu Velvet Latte (available hot or iced) and Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. Both drinks are topped with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and cocoa and coffee dusting.

Meet the Apple Pomegranate Refresher

For a bright and refreshing pick-me-up, the new Apple Pomegranate Refresher features crisp apple flavors and popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. For a creamier twist, customers can also enjoy the Snowy Apple version, made with coconut milk.

Goodies to Gather

Starting on Nov. 5, the new Bearista Cake Pop, inspired by the iconic Starbucks® Bearista Glass Cold Cup , will join the lineup for a limited time. Plus, two warm, hearty and comforting sandwiches: the new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich, featuring a new recipe. The Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish will also return to the holiday menu as heartwarming seasonal treats.

New Holiday Merchandise Collections

Starbucks is giving customers a first look at some of its holiday merchandise collections. New collections available on Nov. 5 include the Holiday Bearista™ collection which feature Bearista-adorned drinkware, a plush keychain and coordinated accessories.

The Holiday Village collection celebrates Starbucks Seattle roots with festive keepsakes inspired by the original Pike Place store, and the festive Peppermint Mocha collection pairs retro charm with modern design across cold cups, tumblers, espresso cups. On the Winter Wonderland collection, which launches on Nov. 17, features cool-toned drinkware with whimsical details and wintry textures.

Red Cup Day Will Return
