1. Bay Area Kickoff - In San Francisco, DoorDash kicked off Hunger Action Month alongside Project DASH partner, San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. San Francisco-Marin Food Bank Executive Director Tanis Crosby spoke to the food bank's partnership with Project DASH, which reaches over 6,000 households in the Bay Area each week, and DoorDash Vice President of Global Public Affairs Max Rettig underscoredthat the fight against hunger is a team effort, requiring action fromthe public and private sector, and nonprofits.

2. Day of Action - On Hunger Action Day, Daniel Riff, DoorDash's Head of Government and Nonprofit Operations, joined Project DASH partners Hunger Free PA and York County Food Bank for a day of advocacy on Capitol Hill. During their visit, the team stressed the importance of food access to our nation's lawmakers and underscored the importance of home delivery in reaching those who cannot easily travel to food banks, such as many of America's seniors. As part of this advocacy, we also encouraged customers to support our Project DASH partner Meals on Wheels Americaand its efforts to help fight senior hunger with increased funding in Congress.

3. Making Waves in the Great Lakes - In Joliet, Illinois, Project DASH marked over 5 million meals delivered through our partnership with Northern Illinois Food Bank. Joined by State Senator Meg Loughren Cappel and State Representative Natalie Manley, this event reinforced the impact of partnerships in the fight against hunger - especially on our neighbors who count on it most.

4. Feeding Camden, Together - For three years in a row, the City of Camden, New Jersey, has been a key partner in the fight against hunger. At an event alongside State Senator Nilsa Cruz-Perez, State Representative Bill Moen, Camden Mayor Vic Carstarphen, Camden City Council President Angel Fuentes, and Camden City Commissioner, Jen Fleischer, DoorDash awarded $10,000 in Community Credits to the Cooper Foundation to distribute the credits in the form of DoorDash gift cards to neighbors in need.

5. Building Healthier Futures in Trenton - In Trenton, New Jersey, we joined the Boys and Girls Clubs of Mercer County, Speaker Craig Coughlin, and Assemblywoman Tennille McCoy for a community event focused on healthy eating and nutrition. We also announced a $17,000 Community Credits donation to The Boys and Girls Clubs, underscoring our shared commitment to providing young people and families with the resources they need to live healthy lives.

6. Delivering Hope in the Commonwealth - We concluded Hunger Action Month in Framingham, Massachusetts with Project DASH partner Greater Framingham Community Church (GFCC). Since starting the partnership in 2022, Project DASH and GFCC have delivered nearly 100,000 meals to neighbors in need. Several elected officials, including State Senate President Karen Spilka, Framingham Mayor Charlie Sisitsky, and State Representatives Priscila Sousa, Danielle Gregoire, and Jack Lewis, and community partners joined to celebrate this milestone. The event demonstrated the power of collaboration in the fight against hunger and the difference we can make when we all work towards a common goal.
