CrowdStrike and Telkom Indonesia Enter into MoU to Advance AI-Powered Cybersecurity Transformation in Indonesia

AUSTIN, Texas and JAKARTA, Indonesia - August 28, 2026 - CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), Indonesia's leading technology and telecommunications services provider. The collaboration aims to transform Indonesian organizations' cybersecurity through the delivery of AI-powered protection and managed security services that stop breaches and secure AI systems.

The collaboration demonstrates CrowdStrike and Telkom's commitment to advancing cybersecurity modernization in Indonesia. This announcement is the first step in bringing together the AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon® platform and CrowdStrike's security services with Telkom's local market experience, extensive Indonesian customer base of public and private sector organizations, and technology infrastructure. Together, CrowdStrike and Telkom aim to strengthen security capabilities, explore opportunities for joint innovation, provide CrowdStrike-powered security offerings, and develop joint go-to-market initiatives. Through the collaboration, Telkom also plans to standardize its own cyber defenses on the Falcon platform.

As AI transforms how regional organizations do business, CrowdStrike and Telkom are exploring the development of managed security services to secure enterprise AI adoption. This includes driving adoption of Falcon AI Detection and Response (AIDR), which delivers complete visibility and runtime enforcement from the endpoint, where AI executes - and across the enterprise. To achieve this objective, both companies intend to establish a joint team focused on co-developing solution offerings to secure AI agents, models, and systems - so organizations can adopt AI at scale, with confidence.
