Clarkson University has once again been recognized for delivering strong value in higher education, earning a place among the top 55 Best Value National Universities in the 2025 U.S. News & World Report rankings.
Clarkson is ranked among the top 145 National Universities, and is also a top 115 Best Undergraduate Engineering program. Clarkson's Computer Science programs and Undergraduate Business Program were also ranked, and the University was named a Top Performer in Social Mobility as well as one of the top 100 Best Colleges for Veterans.
Clarkson remains dedicated to offering small class sizes that support students with personalized learning; full-time faculty teaching in the classroom with top credentials in their area of expertise; and a commitment to lifetime alumni engagement. Overall, more than 98 percent of Clarkson grads found placement in their chosen field within six months of their graduation.
In July, Clarkson was ranked one of the Best Colleges in America according to financial news outlet, Money. Not only did Clarkson earn a spot on Money's list of the 700 best colleges in the country, but it was also one of only 40 universities from New York that scored four stars or better. Clarkson earned 4.5 out of a possible five stars in Money's ranking.
Clarkson was also included on Money's "Best Colleges with High Acceptance Rates" list, which highlights schools that offer a strong return on investment. Of the schools on Money's High Acceptance Rates list, Clarkson ranks second nationally in Typical Early Career Earnings, with recent graduates making $89,700 annually on average.
