Asante opens new gastroenterology clinic in Medford

The Asante Gastroenterology clinic opened today in Medford. After years of working collaboratively with Gastroenterology Consultants, PC, Asante acquired the practice, ensuring long term sustainability and growth of GI care for patients throughout southern Oregon.

The former practice's three physicians and five advanced practice providers will continue seeing patients in the location and are now Asante employees. Future recruitment efforts will help expand these services, which are of high demand in the region.

Asante Gastroenterology offers services from colonoscopies to treating digestive and liver conditions, in addition to managing chronic GI disorders. Physicians also provide inpatient care at Rogue Regional Medical Center and help to facilitate transfers throughout Asante's nine-county service area.
