Temporary Service Interruption: BCLA Building Permitting System

The City of Hollywood's BCLA Permitting System is temporarily offline due to unexpected technical issues. While the team works to resolve the problem, building contractors are currently unable to schedule inspections via the online system or IVR telephone system. Permit payments can be made via PayPal, however payment confirmation will not appear online until the repairs are made. During this temporary outage, please use the following methods to schedule your inspections:

Option on Sunday, September 28th

  • Email [email protected]
  • When emailing, be sure to include your permit number in the subject line; and the following information in the email body:
    • your permit number
    • address of work location
    • contact information - (Name, Cell Number)
    • type of inspection you are requesting (Example: Rough, Final for each trade)

Options on Monday, September 29th:

  • Email [email protected]
  • Beginning at 7:00 a.m., call 954.921.3335
  • In-person visit: Development Service Hub, 2nd floor library, 2600 Hollywood Boulevard
  • When emailing, be sure to include your permit number in the subject line; and the following information in the email body:
    • your permit number
    • address of work location
    • contact information - (Name, Cell Number)
    • type of inspection you are requesting (Example: Rough, Final for each trade)

This outage is not currently impacting the Accela permit system.
