JLL enhances global real estate services with key executive hire Alex M. Diaz

CHICAGO, April 10, 2026 - JLL, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, named Alex M. Diaz as President, Enterprise Portfolio Solutions. This newly created role reflects JLL's strategic evolution to better serve the world's largest occupier clients through enhanced integration across service lines, addressing the growing market demand for comprehensive, unified real estate solutions.

In his role, Diaz will lead JLL's enterprise client strategy by combining elements of brokerage, transaction management, and advisory capabilities into integrated offerings. Reporting to Karen Brennan, CEO, Leasing Advisory, he will coordinate pursuit teams and match specific expertise from across JLL's Leasing Advisory and Real Estate Management Services departments to client needs. Working closely with regional and global leadership, Diaz will develop cross-functional strategies that leverage JLL's global platform, cutting-edge technology, and comprehensive capabilities to create greater value for occupiers seeking consolidated services and enhanced value propositions across their global portfolios.

Before joining JLL, Diaz served as Global Head of Integrated Portfolio Management Growth and Strategy at Cushman & Wakefield, where he built data-driven strategies for corporate clients and developed frameworks for delivering globally consistent outcomes. His expertise spans building complex solutions through client-centric, results-oriented approaches that leverage strategic foresight and analytics.

Diaz earned an MBA from Florida International University and a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
