Townsend Energy acquires Bartlett & Steadman
Aug. 28, 2025 - Townsend Energy, based in Danvers, Massachusetts, has acquired Bartlett & Steadman, a plumbing and HVAC company based in Marblehead, Massachusetts. The acquisition was facilitated by FuelExchange, the merger and acquisition service of Gray, Gray & Gray.
The acquisition of Bartlett & Steadman expands the service capabilities of Townsend Energy.
