BANK ACTIVITY

Order for Hearing

A hearing will be held on the application of One Forty Holdings, Inc. to organize One Forty Bank, headquartered in Fairfield County, as a Connecticut innovation bank pursuant to Section 36a-70(t) of the Connecticut General Statutes. The hearing scheduled on June 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. is postponed to June 26, 2026, at 10am. The hearing will be held at the Department of Banking, 280 Trumbull Street, Hartford, Connecticut, via videoconference https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/236250307060639?p=1X8tv7pTIARGDHqHWe, and via teleconference (860) 840-2075, Conference ID: 141 694 646#.

CREDIT UNION ACTIVITY

Conversion

On June 1, 2026, the Commissioner approved an application from United Business & Industry Federal Credit Union, a federal credit union headquartered in Plainville, Connecticut, pursuant to Section 36a-469b of the Connecticut General Statues to convert into a state credit union. The converted entity will operate under the name UBI Financial Credit Union. The proposed target date for this conversion is June 30, 2026.
