June 18-June 22, 2026 CM/ECF Unavailable Due to Upgrade

The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) will be unavailable from Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM until approximately 8:00 AM on Monday June 22, 2026, while the Court performs multiple system upgrades.

During the dates when CM/ECF is unavailable, as provided above, FAX FILINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You may submit urgent filings by email at [email protected]. The emails will not be processed until Monday due to the holiday on Friday June 19, 2026. For any filings requiring the payment of a fee which are filed via email, the Court will issue a notice of fees due.

For emergency filings only, parties may contact the Clerk's Office by calling (617) 748-5317. If you call between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM EST, you are unlikely to reach a live operator. Please leave a message and you can expect a return call before 8:00 AM.
