Construction Notice
A new Portland Loo restroom is being installed at the California and Santa Clara mini park, along with updated walkways and utility connections.
Construction Schedule:
Early January 2026 through April 2026, weather and conditions permitting
Work Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays
What to Expect:
- Onsite construction equipment, trucks, and crews
- Pedestrian detours and temporary parking restrictions
- Noise and dust typical of outdoor construction activities
We appreciate your patience as we complete these improvements to support public amenities in the downtown area.
