Change in the number of shares and votes in Truecaller AB

The number of shares and votes in Truecaller AB ("Truecaller") has changed during September 2025 as a result of exercise of employee stock options of series 2021 and employee stock options of series 2023 in accordance with Truecaller's incentive programs.

Through the exercise of the employee stock options, the number of shares has increased by 40,668 and the share capital has increased by SEK 87.945. As of 30 September 2025, the last trading day of September, the number of shares in Truecaller amounts to 353,790,721, of which 46,783,800 are ordinary shares of series A with 10 votes per share, 301,993,135 are ordinary shares of series B with 1 vote per share and 5,013,786 are C-shares with 1 vote per share. The total share capital amounts to SEK 765,078.870. The total number of votes in Truecaller amounts to 774,844,921. The total number of votes in Truecaller, excluding 5,767,832 ordinary shares of series B and 5,013,786 C-shares held in treasury, amounts to 764,063,303.
