Eastbound I-96 ramp closures at Kensington Road for permit work March 30 in Livingston County

LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has issued a permit to the Livingston County Road Commission for utility work on the I-96 ramps to Kensington Road in Livingston County starting Monday morning, March 30.

Traffic restrictions:
This project will require closures on the Kensington Road entrance ramp to eastbound I-96. Traffic will be detoured via westbound I-96, Exit 150 to Pleasant Vally Road and southbound Pleasant Valley Road to eastbound I-96.

Additionally, eastbound I-96 Exit 151 to Kensington Road will be closed. Traffic will be rerouted via Exit 153 to Kent Lake Road, northbound Kent Lake Road and westbound I-96 to Kensington Road. Motorists should expect delays.
