U.S. Energy’s Alisha Waring Named a 2026 Dallas Business Journal HR Impact Awards Winner

U.S. Energy is proud to announce that Vice President of Human Resources Alisha Waring has been named a 2026 HR Impact Award Winner by the Dallas Business Journal. The annual awards recognize North Texas HR leaders who have made exceptional contributions to their organizations through strategic leadership, workplace culture, talent development, and business impact.

Since joining U.S. Energy in 2022, Waring has helped shape the company's people strategy during a period of rapid growth and organizational transformation. She oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and human resources operations, while serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.

Throughout her tenure, Waring has played a key role in strengthening U.S. Energy's workplace culture, enhancing leadership development, modernizing HR operations, and supporting major organizational initiatives, including the company's headquarters relocation to the historic Armour Building in Fort Worth and its continued expansion into new markets. Her leadership has helped position U.S. Energy as an employer of choice within the energy industry.
