Sheralee Caravan Tourist Park

The NSW Government has offered a new lease to Presmind Pty Ltd for the continued operation of the site at 88 Bryant Street, Rockdale as the Sheralee Tourist Caravan Park.

The proposed new lease provides for a 5-year term with a further 3-year option.

Presmind Pty Ltd, the current operator of the caravan park, was selected following an Expression of Interest (EOI) process undertaken in line with the NSW Government Direct Dealing Guidelines. The lease documentation is currently being finalised.

Presmind Pty Ltd will continue to be required to comply with all relevant legislation, including the NSW Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013, the Holiday Parks (Long-term Casual Occupation) Act 2002, and regulations governing the park's operations and occupant relationships.

In line with the NSW Government Direct Dealing Guidelines, an open market and competitive EOI process was undertaken to ensure fairness and transparency in selecting the most suitable lessee for the site.

The EOI process was open from 14 April 2026 to 12 May 2026 to secure an operator who will operate the park in line with the lease, relevant laws and regulations.
