LAVC is an 11-Day LA County Voting Center

Don't Forget to Vote in the June 2nd Statewide Primary Election

Important Dates

  • The last day to register to vote for the June 2, 2026 Statewide Primary Election is May 18, 2026.
  • All California active registered voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot for the June 2, 2026 Statewide Primary Election.
  • Your county elections office began mailing ballots on April 23, 2026.
  • Ballot drop-off locations open on May 5, 2026.
  • Vote-by-mail ballots can be returned by mail, at a drop-off location, or your county elections office.
  • To make sure your ballot is counted, return it early by mail, drop box, or vote center. If you mail it, do it early - or walk it into the post office and request a postmark.
  • Vote centers open for early in-person voting in all Voter's Choice Act counties beginning on May 23, 2026.
  • Vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by June 2, 2026.

LA County Voting Center & Ballot Drop Box at LAVC

LA Valley College and the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD), in collaboration with the Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters, is a multi-day Voting Center and Mail-In Vote Ballot Box location for the 2026 Statewide Primary Election.

The 11-day vote center on campus is open to the public from May 23 - June 2, 2026.

Early Voting

When: Saturday, May 23 - Monday, June 1, 2026 from10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Where: Cafeteria Dining Room - Student Union, 1st Floor.

Election Day

When: Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from7 a.m.-8 p.m.
Where: Cafeteria Dining Room - Student Union, 1st Floor.

In addition, there is a LA County Registrar of Voters Ballot Drop Box location on campus:

When: Tuesday, May 5 - Tuesday, June 2, 2026 (Open 24/7 until Tuesday, June 2 at 8 p.m.)
Where: Ballot Drop Box - Parking Lot G.

View Vote Center Details on Events Calendar

Visitor Parking is available in the Parking Structure (on the 2nd-4th floors). Any vehicle using an EV charging space must purchase a $2 Daily Parking permit at the Parking Pay Station (on the first floor of the Parking Structure) and must display the receipt on the vehicle dashboard.
