"Professional growth is a cornerstone of our people strategy," said Peter Adebi, chief human resources officer and senior vice president. "Our learning ecosystem includes a growing catalog of courses, such as a required introductory AI course and upcoming advanced offerings that help future-proof our workforce. Forbes and market research firm Statista compiled the second-annual ranking based on a survey of over 25,000 tech workers for U.S. companies with at least 1,000 employees. That included people working in software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data project management and technical support. They were asked whether they would recommend their employer to others, and they evaluated their company on things such as salary, professional development opportunities, workplace flexibility, the ability of employees to express ideas and opinions openly, and if the company has a reputation for being technologically progressive.
