Jay Lopeman Receives NAA Lifetime Achievement Award

ARLINGTON, Va. | September 30, 2025 - The National Apartment Association (NAA) has announced longtime rental housing industry leader Jay Lopeman, CAS Emeritus, as the 2025 NAA Lifetime Achievement Awardrecipient in the supplier member category. Awarded annually, this prestigious honor recognizes long-term exemplary national service and accomplishments to the association and industry. Lopeman will be formally recognized at NAA's annual Assembly of Delegates, held in Atlanta in November.

"Jay's extensive career continues to be defined by his efforts to support industry supplier partners and mentor the next generation of rental housing leaders," said NAA President and CEO Bob Pinnegar. "Throughout his decades of volunteer service across our association, Jay has been consistently recognized by his peers for always lending a helping hand and leading with excellence at the forefront. Spanning nearly 30 years, Lopeman has built a dynamic sales career focused on supplier solutions across rental housing. Before his current role as VP of Strategic Accounts for InterSolutions, LLC., a nationwide property management staffing agency, he served in strategic positions with HD Supply, BG Multifamily and AZP.

Outside of the office, Lopeman's volunteer leadership experience is equally as expansive. At the national level, he has participated in and led numerous committees and initiatives. In 2022, Lopeman served as the chair of NAA's National Suppliers Council, where his transformative leadership ushered in a comprehensive strategic plan focused on long-term growth, increased influence and enhanced member value for supplier partners. At home, Lopeman has also long served in volunteer positions for the Southern California Rental Housing Association - his local affiliate - including as vice president of the board and chair of the supplier council.
