Fifth Annual General Meeting of shareholders of ReNew Energy Global Plc

On August 21, 2026, the Company issued a notice for its fifth Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held at 11:30 a.m. (British Summer Time) on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at St. James' Court, the Taj, 54 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6AF, United Kingdom, which has been sent to Shareholders.
