DHS is delivering on President Trump's mandate to Make America Safe Again
WASHINGTON - The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the following statement after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported more worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens last week, including those convicted of murder, aggravated assault, sexual assault of a minor, burglary, and drunk driving.
"Under President Trump's leadership, we will never allow America to become a sanctuary for illegal aliens," said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. "This Department is laser-focused on arresting and removing the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens from American communities. Just last week, ICE deported even more criminal illegal aliens from our country, including gang members, murderers, pedophiles, violent assailants, burglars, and drunk drivers. We will never apologize for enforcing the law and keeping American citizens safe."
Among the criminal illegal aliens deported last week are:
Manuel Barahona-Rivera, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras and MS-13 gang member, was deported on September 30. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree murder and possession of marijuana. He entered the United States illegally at an unknown time and location. Barahona-Rivera was issued a final order of removal on October 14, 2005.
Jose Balmory Ramirez Rodriguez, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador and MS-13 gang member, was deported on October 2. His criminal history includes convictions for first-degree manslaughter with intent to cause serious physical injury, knowingly making or possessing dangerous contraband in prison, and third-degreeassault. Rodriguez first illegally entered the United States through Texas in February 2001. After he was issued a final order of removal on February 6, 2007, he was deported that same month. He then illegally reentered the United States at an unknown time and location.
Jorge Andres Chirinos, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and suspected 116 gang member, was deported on September 30. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree murder and terroristic threats. Chirinos claims he entered the United States in 2002. Chirinos was issued a final order of removal on September 23, 2026.
Jose Refugio Rangel Machuca, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and member of the Compton Varrio 70's gang, was deported on October 2. His criminal history includes convictions for TWO counts of attempted murder, shooting at an inhabited dwelling, and receiving stolen property. Machuca was issued a final order of removal on September 22, 2026.
Jaime Ramirez-Diaz, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and suspected member of the Sinaloa Cartel, was deported on September 29. His criminal history includes convictions for felony armed robbery and shoplifting. Ramirez-Diaz illegally entered the United States at an unknown time and location. Ramirez-Diaz was issued a final order of removal on August 21, 2014.
Ever Magdiel Mejia-Vasquez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras and suspected member of the Maravilla Salva Trucha gang, was deported on October 2. His criminal history includes convictions for possession for sale of cocaine base, assault with a firearm, first-degree robbery, and criminal threats. Mejia-Vasquez illegally entered the United States at an unknown time and location. He was issued a final order of removal on August 19, 2026.
Pedro Ruiz-Cisneros, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and Barrio Azteca gang member, was deported on October 2, 2026. His criminal history includes convictions for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, larceny/theft, robbery, and illegal re-entry. He entered the United States illegally at unknown time and location and has previously been deported FIVE times in 1994, 2003, 2009, 2014, and 2018. Ruiz-Cisneros was issued a final order of removal on March 18, 2003.
Maria Solis-Iriqui, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and suspected Crips gang member, was deported on October 1. Her criminal history includes convictions for felony assault, felony property damage, shoplifting, theft, possession of marijuana, and possession of narcotics equipment. Solis-Iriqui claims to have entered the United States illegally in June 1991. She was issued a final order of removal on September 17, 2026.
Marvin Ernesto Leon-Ceron, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador and MS-13 gang member, was deported on September 29. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree assault and arrests for disorderly conduct, assault, disturbing the peace, and failure to obey a lawful order. He entered the United States illegally at an unknown time and location. Leon-Ceron was issued a final order of removal on April 22, 2026.
Isidro Cruz-Estefina, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and member of the Latin Kings street gang, was deported on September 30. His criminal history includes convictions for burglary, resisting a peace officer, and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon. Cruz-Estefina illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location and was previously deported in 2004 and 2009. He was issued a final order of removal on March 10, 2004.
