2025 Annual Report: Uniting Partnerships with Purpose

April 20, 2026

The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority (OAQDA) is pleased to share its 2025 annual report, which highlights a year of impactful progress in supporting Ohio's economy and air quality resources.

We are grateful for the continued support of Governor Mike DeWine, Lt. Governor Jim Tressel, the Ohio General Assembly, and many local elected officials and leaders in counties, cities, villages, and townships throughout the state, who make this work possible.

Overall, in 2025, OAQDA issued $407 million in bonds for projects featuring nearly 800 jobs and driving additional economic growth through strong ROI. For every $1 invested in an OAQDA-financed project, $23.29 in benefits flows into local communities in Ohio.

With more than $3.6 billion in total active investments in air quality improvement projects, OAQDA is empowering businesses of all sizes to grow, save, and compete.

Please enjoy our 2025 annual report. We look forward to partnering with you in 2026 to expand these efforts and bring even greater benefits to communities across Ohio.
