Employers Can Now Go Paperless with WSI Notifications

WSI now offers paperless notifications for employers. This option allows you to receive important account information by email, saving time and simplifying account management.

How to Enroll:

Account administrators can enroll their organization in paperless notifications through the Account Information tile in the myWSI portal.

Who Receives Email Notices:

When an account is enrolled, users will receive email notifications based on their assigned account access.

Account Access Notifications
Account Administrator Adjustment letters, billing statements, certificate of payment, payroll reporting notices, collections notices, volunteer notices
Online Employer Account Adjustment letters, billing statements, certificate of payment, collections notices
Payroll Reporting Adjustment letters, certificate of payment, payroll reporting notices
Volunteer Reporting Certificate of payment volunteers, volunteer notices

Where and How is the Email Delivered:

Email notifications are sent to the email address associated with each user's ND Login. Messages are delivered through GovDelivery, a secure communication service used by government agencies.

WSI will continue sending notifications by mail in addition to electronic delivery for a period of time.
