John Merrill, PE, and Wendy Key, PG, will present "Navigating PFAS in Environmental Due Diligence" at the Bar Association of San Francisco's Environmental Law Section Event on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PT.
Their copresenters are Ladd Cahoon from Edgcomb Law Group and Rick Craig from Willis Towers Watson.
John is a Senior Engineer based in California who focuses on investigating, remediating, and managing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Clients seek his expertise in site investigation, remediation, environmental due diligence, and applied research to help them navigate the evolving technical and regulatory landscape for PFAS.
Wendy is a Principal Geologist based in California with more than 20 years of experience supporting environmental due diligence, contaminated site investigations, and environment, health, and safety (EHS) regulatory compliance. She leads and supports global due diligence programs throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
