FPSC Schedules Virtual Customer Meeting for Gulfstream Utility Customers

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold a virtual customer meeting for customers of Gulfstream Utility, LLC. (Gulfstream) on Tuesday, January 13, at 2:00 p.m. Gulfstream filed an application for a rate increase with the FPSC in June 2025. The utility currently provides wastewater service to 965 residential customers in Orange County, with water service supplied through a bulk service agreement with Orange County.

The meeting provides an opportunity for customers to share comments on Gulfstream's quality of service and the rate-setting process. All customer input will be considered by the Commission when it evaluates the utility's rate increase request.

Customers who wish to speak at the meeting must register in advance. Registration will be available through the FPSC's online speaker sign-up form at https://www.FloridaPSC.com under the "Hot Topics" section on the homepage. Customers without internet access may register by calling (850) 413-7080 or emailing [email protected].

Speaker registration opens at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 30, and closes at noon on Friday, January 9.
