TDOT Announces Upcoming Lane Closures on I-55 and SR 14 in Memphis

Memphis, TN - The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) announces upcoming lane and directional closures on I-55 and SR 14 to support bridge deck concrete pours and ongoing construction activities. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and follow posted detour routes.

I-55 Impacts

• Wednesday, October 14 - Wednesday, November 4, 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., intermittent lane closures will occur on I-55 and SR 14.
• Sunday, October 18, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., southbound I-55 will be closed for a bridge deck concrete pour. Detours will be in place. The left lane of northbound I-55 will also be closed during operations.

NB SR 14 Ramp to SB I-55

• Thursday, October 15, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Closed for bridge deck pour.
• Tuesday, October 20, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: Closed for ongoing construction activities.
• Friday, October 23, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Closed for bridge deck pour.
  

SR 14 Impacts

• Wednesday, October 21, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Full closure of SR 14 for a bridge deck concrete pour.
• Thursday, October 22, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Directional closure of southbound SR 14 for a bridge deck concrete pour.
• Saturday, October 24, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Directional closure of southbound SR 14 for a bridge deck concrete pour.
  

Detours will be in place during closures.
