CENTRALIA, IL - Bradford National Bank is proud to announce that Diane Cole, Centralia Manager, has been named "Boss of the Year" by Centralia Business and Professional Women, recognizing her leadership, professionalism and commitment to the people she serves.
The award was presented during the Centralia Chamber of Commerce's monthly Business After Hours event, providing a fitting setting to recognize a leader who has built her career around relationships, teamwork and service to the Centralia community.
"Diane represents the very best of Bradford National Bank," said Michael Ennen, President and CEO of Bradford National Bank. "She is a strong leader, a dedicated banker and, most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about people. Diane has earned the respect of her customers, coworkers and community through the way she leads every day. We could not be prouder to see her recognized as Boss of the Year."
As manager of Bradford National Bank's Centralia location, Cole plays an important role in the bank's continued commitment to providing personal, relationship-based banking to individuals, families and businesses throughout the Centralia area.
The Boss of the Year honor is especially meaningful because it recognizes leadership in the workplace and the positive influence strong leaders can have on those around them.
"Diane would be the first to tell you that we are all a team," said Randy Alderman, Vice President of Community Relations at Bradford National Bank. "That humility and team-first approach are exactly what make her such an effective and respected leader."
"At Bradford, we believe great leadership is about more than a title," Ennen added. "It's about setting an example, supporting your team, building relationships and making a difference. Diane does all of those things exceptionally well."
Bradford National Bank congratulates Diane Cole on this well-deserved recognition and thanks Centralia Business and Professional Women for honoring outstanding leadership within the local business community.
