AHEAD Named in 2026 Gartner® Peer Insights™ “Voice of The Customer”: Managed Detection and Response

CHICAGO - April 16, 2026 - AHEAD, a leading provider of managed security and cloud infrastructure solutions, today announced its recognition in the 2026 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer: Managed Detection and Response report. In the report's "Willingness to Recommend" analysis, 100% of customers leveraging AHEAD's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services indicated they would be willing to recommend the company, based on 24 eligible reviews in the 18-month period ending January 31, 2026.

The Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer synthesizes verified end user reviews into insights for buyers of technology and services. Vendors included in the MDR report have at least 20 eligible reviews and 15 or more ratings for "Capabilities" and "Support/Delivery," with the overall market totaling 1,914 published reviews and ratings.
