Kirkland Represents Caturus Energy on Upsized $600 Million Senior Notes Offering

Kirkland & Ellis advised Caturus Energy on its upsized private offering (notes offering) of $600 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.125% senior unsecured notes due 2031. The Notes Offering was upsized from the previously announced offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of Notes. The Notes Offering is expected to close on April 27, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
