Workday to Acquire Sana for $1.1 Billion

Workday, Inc., the enterprise AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Sana, a leading AI company building the next generation of enterprise knowledge tools, for approximately $1.1 billion.
