With Paste to Pay, customers only need to copy the message containing money transfer information, or download a photo containing the content or QR code of the money transfer and paste it into the TPBank App; the TPBank AI system will automatically recognize and fill in all the information. The transaction is completed in just a few seconds when the customer has checked and confirmed, and only needs 1 touch with the copy - paste operation.

Behind that convenience is Generative AI (GeneAI) combined with smart OCR, capable of understanding even unstructured messages and reading content from images. This technology contributes to the TPBank App being honored by The Asian Banker with the award "Best Social Banking Initiative in Asia Pacific 2025" (Best digital banking innovation product in the Asia - Pacific region) - affirming technological innovation for the community.

Not stopping at personal operations, TPBank has expanded to Open Banking - an inevitable trend of modern finance. With an API system developed since 2019, to date, TPBank has connected with hundreds of partners, providing more than 2,000 digital services. All payments from road fees, shopping to public services can be made directly on the TPBank App or through partner platforms. Large enterprises can automate hundreds of thousands of payment orders every day, reducing costs and errors.

The internal approach helps TPBank turn banking applications into a rich digital ecosystem, where services are available at the right time and place. The Bank is one of the first units to guide the linking of social security accounts directly on the VNeID electronic identification application. This solution helps people easily connect identification information with TPBank accounts, thereby receiving timely, safe and appropriate subsidies, contributing to bringing the State's humane policies closer to daily life.
