Mr. Karl Michael Millauer, who is a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of our company, sold during the trading session of 13.07.2026 4,600 shares of our company (ISIN GRS084003011, corresponding to 4,600 voting rights). The above transaction took place on the Euronext Athens securities market with an average price of Euro 2.79 per share (total gross amount of 12,850.68 euros). Also during the trading session of 14.07.2026 he sold 24,000 shares of our company corresponding to 24,000 voting rights in the Euronext Athens securities market at an average price of Euro 2.52 per share (total gross amount of 60,480 euros)

This announcement is made in the context of the disclosure of the transactions of the persons exercising Managerial Duties in accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in accordance with article 21 of Law 3556/2007.
