Minister AKAZAWA Holds Meeting with H.E. Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of India

On August 25, Mr. AKAZAWA Ryosei, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of India.
Minister Akazawa welcomed Minister Goyal's visit to Japan. They exchanged views on further strengthening bilateral economic relations, taking into account the results of the Japan-India Summit Meeting held on Thursday, July 2. In particular, the two ministers agreed to work together on improving the business environment with a view to expanding two-way investment between Japan and India.
