This milestone year is a moment to recognize the role our employees play, not only in keeping goods moving, but in helping communities move forward. It's not driven by a single moment. It builds over time, shaped by a shared sense of purpose. That's what it looks like to be Built to Move.

For more than 120 years, Robinson has helped keep the world's goods moving. Just as important is how our people show up locally-supporting organizations, strengthening communities, and investing in the causes that matter most to them. It's part of what defines Team Robinson: the ability to make an impact that extends beyond the day-to-day.

Employees volunteer with local non-profits, organize food drives, support education and workforce development programs, and step in when their communities need it most. Many of these efforts are employee-led, shaped by local needs and driven by people who are deeply connected to where they live and work.
