The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Ministerial Conference brought together government officials and representatives of the international nuclear industry to discuss the challenges and opportunities arising from a new phase of nuclear energy expansion.
The agenda included the development of new nuclear power plants, the deployment of advanced technologies, project financing, human resource training, and the strengthening of supply chains needed to support the sector's growth.
At this event, Nucleoeléctrica shared the experience accumulated over decades of operating Argentina's nuclear power plants, as well as its expertise in engineering, maintenance, and the execution of highly complex projects.
These capabilities are part of Argentina's nuclear industry's technological and industrial development. They also offer an opportunity to expand international cooperation, build new partnerships, and bring our expertise and services to other markets.
"The global expansion of nuclear energy creates new opportunities for Argentina, which has a well-established industry and decades of experience. At Nucleoeléctrica, we aim to turn that knowledge into concrete opportunities to export engineering, operations, and maintenance services, while consolidating our company's position as a leading player and strategic partner in the development of new nuclear projects in our region and other international markets," said Juan Martín Campos, President of Nucleoeléctrica.
Participation in this event helped strengthen ties with key figures in the global nuclear industry and promote the international reach of Argentina's capabilities.
