Contracts for Oct. 7, 2026

NAVY

Epsilon Systems Solutions Inc.,* San Diego, California, was awarded a $31,153,036 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N55236-25-C-0007) to exercise options for the accomplishment of a full range of technical and repair support services for the Shore Intermediate Maintenance Activity product family divisions. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 29, 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Navy funding in the amount of $674,322 was obligated at award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity. (Awarded Sept. 29, 2026).

AIR FORCE

FCN Inc.,* Rockville, Maryland, has been awarded a $29,690,466 firm-fixed-price contract for Palo Alto Cortex Extended Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (XSOAR) Platform sustainment renewal. This contract provides for the sustainment renewal of the XSOAR Platform and intelligence management licenses, subscriptions, and dedicated expertise. Work will be performed at locations within and outside of the continental U.S., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 29, 2028. This contract was a competitive acquisition under the Department of War Enterprise Software Initiative via the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement contract vehicle. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $14,493,234 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA8307-26-F-B099). (Awarded on Sept. 30, 2026).
