The National Assembly adopted at first reading a bill on Amendments to the Electoral Code, which provides for the establishment of up to 20 polling stations outside diplomatic and consular representations in countries that are not EU Member States. The changes introduced by "Revival" were supported by 119 MPs, 81 MPs were against, and 12 abstained.

The bill by "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria", which proposed the reinstatement of the machine-based election record, was rejected. 99 MPs voted "in favour" of the bill, 105 were against, and 14 abstained.

Parliament adopted at first and second reading in one sitting the bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Italian Republic for cooperation in the field of defence concerning the joint construction and use of military facilities on the territory of the Kabile military area.

Parliament approved an investment expenditure project "Acquisition of Coastal Anti-Ship Missile Systems". The project is based on proposals submitted by the US side for two draft contracts - one for the acquisition of a mobile coastal defence system (coastal anti-ship missile systems) and another for the acquisition of a multifunctional information exchange system.
