EVANSTON, Ill. - President Trump will address the nation at 8 p.m. CT tonight and is expected to focus on election security.

Michael Kang is the Class of 1940 Professor of Law at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Michael J. Allen is an associate professor of American history and presidential politics at Northwestern. His research focuses on the relationship between ideas and action in U.S. politics.
