In preparation for a planned competitive dialogue procurement procedure in 2025, the European Commission has launched a market survey to gauge the capabilities of economic operators active in IT service delivery. The system, once implemented, will serve as the first operational level of the EU Customs Data Hub, a critical infrastructure for managing cross-border e-commerce flows efficiently and securely.
